  1. Shipping Locations: Botanic SG Pte Ltd ships within Singapore and selected international destinations. For shipping outside Singapore, please contact our Customer Service.
     

  2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
     

  3. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping. Standard shipping may take 3-5 business days for delivery within Singapore.
     

  4. Shipping Costs: We provide free delivery within Singapore for purchases above SGD70. A flat fee will apply for orders SGD70 and below depending on the total weight of the items purchased and destination in Singapore.
     

  5. Customs and Duties (where applicable): International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations.
     

  6. Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
     

  7. Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. To prevent delays or non-delivery. If no one is present at the specified delivery address and time, we will leave the goods at the doorstep. Botanic SG Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss or damage.

Returns And  Refund Policy

  1. Returns and Exchanges: Botanic SG Pte Ltd offers a hassle-free return and exchange policy for diatomaceous earth household products purchased within Singapore. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.
     

  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
     

  3. Refund Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service. Once your request is successful, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
     

  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 90 business days, subject to the payment provider policy,  for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
     

  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. 
     

  6. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
     

  7. Non-Refundable Items: Once the item is used or open and not in its original condition or packaging, no refund will be allowed.
