However, please note that slight variations may occur due to the natural properties of diatomaceous earth and the handmade nature of some items. 2. Ordering and Payment 

To place an order, simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be required to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Payment can be made using the available payment methods on our website. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Shipping and Delivery 

We offer shipping within Singapore and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the specified delivery address. 4. Returns and Exchanges 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, please contact us within seven (7) days after payment is made to arrange for a return or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
